FONDERIA MECCANICA F.LLI CAREGLIO s.r.l. with registered offices in Via Molinetti 6, Rivoli (Turin), Italy, has offices, warehousing and engineering facilities for the construction and maintenance of dies, and a foundry unit for the production of aluminium components via die casting.
The engineering facilities have X-ray equipment for internal verification of die-cast products.
The company has 7 die-casting machines, of which 2 totally computerised, able to produce any aluminium component up to a pressure of 420 tons on die closure, or aluminium items of up to 7.7 kg in weight and a surface of up to 1,050 sq. cm.
The company’s daily output capacity is 4 tons.
The company currently has 25 employees who constantly carry out checks of the die-cast products, i.e.
- Visual inspection, item by item, during and after die-casting
- Measurement check against customer documentation
- Further item-by-item check, prior to warehousing and dispatch, in order to assure maximum delivered quality, with results that have been close to “zero defect” level for several years now.
